Refund

Faceless Digital Trails are educational courses designed for enrolment rather than products subject to return. Once access is granted, due to the nature of the content, tuition fees are non-refundable.

Similar to the policies in a traditional academic setting, refund requests cannot be entertained once the course has been purchased.
